As we close out 2024, it’s the perfect time to take a look back at what’s been a year of real Roadside Wins for AANT’s Roadside Assistance service.
We’ve been busy—over 15,500 calls attended to, nearly 2,000 more than the previous year. That’s a lot of Territorians we’ve been able to help, and a lot more journeys we’ve kept on track.
But it’s not just about how many calls we’ve answered. It’s about the difference we make when you need us most. With a response time averaging just 34 minutes—well below our 60-minute goal—we’re there quickly. And once we arrive, we’re getting you back on the road or to a repairer in just 20 minutes, on average. Whether it’s a flat battery, flat tire, or another roadside hiccup, we’re all about getting you back to your day as fast as possible.
What’s more, we’ve got an impressive track record for fixing problems right there on the spot—88.5% of breakdowns this year were resolved without the need for a tow. That means 8 out of 10 times, we’re able to get you back on the road quickly, without the added hassle of waiting for a tow truck.

We know breakdowns never happen at a convenient time. Whether you’re cruising down the Stuart Highway or navigating local streets, we’re out there keeping you moving, no matter the weather. From the stormy days of wet season to the thick humidity of the Build-Up, we’ve been there in all conditions, showing up consistently to help when you need it.
And, of course, December and January are our busiest months, but whether it's the holidays, weekends, or the middle of the night, we’re ready. We're proud to be available 24/7, making sure you’re not stuck when the unexpected happens. With services like emergency towing, battery jump-starts, flat tire assistance, and lockout help, our goal is to get you back on your way—quickly and safely.
