Breaking down on the road is never part of the plan, but it happens to the best of us. At AANT, we're committed to ensuring that your breakdowns don't disrupt your journey for long.
AANT members
If you’re an AANT member, all you need to do is call 13 11 11 and we’ll dispatch a patrol vehicle to you.
Non-members
Don’t panic! Even if you’re not an AANT member, we can still help you get back on the road. Call us on 13 11 11 with the details of your situation and we can arrange a patrol to be dispatched to you.
*A service fee may apply to non-members.
Drivers with hearing or speech impairment
We strive to make our services accessible to all drivers, including those with hearing or speech impairment. If you require roadside assistance and prefer to communicate using the National Relay Service, you can reach us through www.relayservice.gov.au.
Alternatively, you can send an SMS text to 0423 677 767. Make sure you have all the necessary information ready to relay.
Please note that these methods are subject to public telecommunications network reliability limitations. If you do not receive a reply in a timely period, we encourage you to use an alternative method.
