During the holiday season, we teamed up with Sam the Travelling Jackaroo to support the Royal Flying Doctor Service. By becoming an AANT member in December, individuals had the opportunity to contribute to this wonderful cause, with the one-time $45 joining fee being donated directly to the RFDS to support their vital work.
The RFDS plays a critical role in providing aeromedical and community healthcare services across the Northern Territory and Australia. As a not-for-profit entity, they rely on donations and community support to provide their essential services.
Sam the Travelling Jackaroo, a 20-year-old adventurer currently working for AANT contractor Berry Springs Mechanical, is making a huge difference. Having already raised nearly $250,000 for charity, Sam's journey began in Brisbane over 3 years ago when he decided to travel around Australia on his trusty old Chamberlain tractor, affectionately known as Slim.
His journey has now taken him over 20,000 kilometres…and counting. Click here to stay up to date on Sam's journey on Facebook.
AANT takes pride in supporting Sam on his mission. Thank you for Joining us to make a positive impact in the community while enjoying the many benefits of AANT membership.
