AANT celebrated International Women's Day #IDW2022 to acknowledge the importance of this year's theme #breakthebias2022. Our team came together to talk about what that means to them.

Some of our team later attended #BreakTheBias luncheon held at the Darwin Innovation Hub, and got to hear from inspiring NT Female pioneers, who shared inspiring stories to encourage rising female leaders.
One of the most interesting statements of the day was from Jana Matthews - ANZ Chair in Business Growth, Director of Australian Centre for Business Growth,and Chair of Selection Committee of the Commonwealth's Boosting Female Founders' Initiative who informed us:
"When it comes to women starting their own business; the NT has the highest growth rate in the country…"
