•    Corporate Discount Programme must be entered at the time of reservation.
•    Offer available only for bookings made between 1st March 2025 and 30th April 2025, for rentals commencing between 01st March 2025 and 31st May 2025, unless sold out. 
•    Maximum discount of 18% off the time and kilometre charges (base rate) per rental in Australia and New Zealand.
•    Minimum 1 day rental applies.  Rental days are based on a twenty-four (24) hour period. A fifty-nine (59) minute grace period is allowed for returns. Returns outside the grace period will be charged up to an extra day rental fee. 
•    Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, special offer or coupon.  
•    Offer is not available on pre-paid (pay now) rental rates. 
•    Offer is not applicable on contract, tours, government, or insurance replacement rentals.
•    Thrifty standard driver and credit qualifications in effect at time and place of rental apply.
•    Vehicles may be reserved by car group only and not by particular model or colour. Fleet is subject to change without notice.

Europcar

Terms & Conditions

Vehicles subject to availability.
Valid at participating locations across Australia, New Zealand and all Europcar countries.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Discount of 15% applies to the base cost (time and kilometres) of rental only. Discount will be incorporated into your total price at the Quote summary stage.
You agree for Europcar to share your member information with AANT as per the Europcar Privacy Policy.
Europcar standard age, credit card and driver requirements apply.
An online reservation restriction of at least four hours prior to vehicle pick up applies.
Extra charges may apply to options you select, if you do not return the vehicle to the same pick-up location or return the vehicle late, or if you do not return the vehicle full of fuel unless the prepaid fuel option is purchased, or if you incur infringements or use toll roads. Valid to all passenger vehicle classes, including prestige.
Standard passenger vehicles include unlimited kilometres in metropolitan areas for up to 14 days, 200km per day for rentals in Country areas and 100km per day in Remote areas.
For prestige vehicles 1-29 days 200 kms free per day, 30+ days 100 kms free per day with additional kilometres charged per kilometre.
If there is Damage, theft of the Vehicle or Third-Party Loss you must also pay up to the standard Damage Liability Fee (DLF). Optional Damage Cover Products may be purchased to reduce your liability, but there may be no cover under some circumstances.
Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the Rental Period is due to start. Refer to the full rental Terms and Conditions

As used in this Agreement, the terms “we” and “us” mean The Hertz Corporation and the companies in which The Hertz Corporation directly or indirectly owns a majority interest, commonly called “subsidiaries.”  We operate vehicle and construction and industrial equipment rental businesses and, on a more limited scale, retail vehicle sales and claims administration businesses.  Our “licensees” are independent companies in the vehicle and construction and industrial equipment rental businesses, and sometimes in the retail vehicle sales business, that are licensed to operate such businesses using a trade name and trademarks and service marks owned by us, which often incorporate the “Hertz” mark.  Because the licensees are independent of us, they are not our subsidiaries and thus are not included in the terms “we” and “us.”  Our “affiliates” at any time are the companies (other than us) that at the time control us or are under common control with us; the terms “we” and “us” do not include our affiliates.
