With over 18 years of experience throughout the Banking, Insurance, Financial Services and Automotive sectors, Byron heads up the AANT management team. He has a strong record of delivering business outcomes through cultural change programs, sales results, operational efficiency, project management and sponsorship. Byron’s expertise includes strategic and general management for sales, service and distribution including digital, physical (branch/retail) and telephone (call centre), digital branding, marketing and social media.
General Manager Operations
Edon Bell has been involved with motoring clubs for over 15 years and has a great depth of association and operational knowledge. Edon’s background in mechanics was a natural precursor to his role at RAA as a technical advisor in 2001 and later as Area Manager, Broken Hill. Since moving to AANT in 2009, Edon has been an invaluable member of the management team. He has been instrumental in achieving significant growth in membership and expansion of member services. AANT greatly benefits from his strong leadership and advocacy skills, sound financial management and strategic/analytical approach to project development.
Marketing & Membership Manager
Natalie’s passion has always been in the creative fields of event management, advertising and marketing where she has worked for over 20 years in both private and government sectors in the NT, WA, QLD and PNG as a TV producer and script writer. We are lucky to have her on the management team. Natalie’s expertise includes development and implementation of communications strategies for print, online and social media communications designed to promote the company brand, image and values.
Deborah joined AANT in 2012 and recently took on the role of Team Leader, providing support and training to our wonderful sales staff. Debbie is highly qualified with 17 years insurance industry experience, 10 years as Credit Manager for Mitre 10 and 7 years call centre experience with RACQ. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service to members, a commitment that has been put to the test handling claims following a major catastrophe.
